How It Works:

 

The Roto-Boss™ Multi-Orifice Meter Run simplifies meter maintenance and operation. When line parameters change or a plate gets damaged, the design allows operators to quickly and safely rotate to a new orifice plate. This process, which previously required multiple steps, is now streamlined, making it easy even for inexperienced technicians to maintain the meter run.
 
  • Rotates five plates within an eccentric carrier during line operation.
  • Plates can be extracted through an inspection port that is offline from the process.
  • Ideal for dealing with isolation challenges and routine plate inspections.
  • Provides five different orifice plate selections for measuring gas.
