Threaded Closures:

Threaded closures are made from high-quality carbon steel (SA-350 and SA-105) and caps from SA-350-LF2 and SA-516-Gr. 70, meeting ASTM and ASME standards. They feature wide pitch ACME threads and a hinge design for custom adjustments post-installation, standard for sizes 14 inches and larger. For sizes 3 inches through 12 inches, specific pricing is available. With versatile mounting options (horizontal, vertical, or angle), left or right-handed orientation, and support for ANSI class 150 through 2500, these closures ensure reliability and adaptability for various industrial applications. Certified with ASME and NACE standards, they come with various elastomer o-rings, custom coatings, hinged assemblies, and pressure warning devices.

T-Bolt Closures: 

Our T-Bolt Closure is designed for nominal pressure applications, offering a cost-effective and satisfactory alternative to blind flanges and job-fabricated closure devices. Its economical price and low initial cost make it especially attractive. Fully assembled upon shipping, it eliminates additional expenses for hinges, hoists, and davits. Installation labor is minimized with a single butt weld joining the closure to the vessel nozzle.
